Terms and Conditions of Services


Most of our rates include surface & water transport, accommodation, tour guide, and entrance fees. However, we negotiate with our clients and make their trip tailor-made to their interests.


30% advance deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining amount shall be paid one month before the commencement of the trip.


All bookings will be valid as of our confirmation for your trip by e-mail, telephone, Fax, or letter.


Cancellations of confirmed bookings received 30 days prior to departure are subject to a penalty of the deposited 30%. Cancellation received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the trip.

Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of the entire amount paid to the trip. We, therefore, recommend you to purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy.


We are governed only by the laws of Ethiopia. Our liability to passengers transported in our own or rented vehicles, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises.

Although we take every possible care for you and your staff while with us, we do not accept any liability for loss or damage of any of your personal properties. We do not also held any liability for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death, acts of God, or any additional costs incurred caused by a third party.
